What is Truck-kun is Supporting Me from Another World?!

Truck-kun is Supporting Me from Another World?! is an absurdist driving game from Strange Scaffold: you are The Driver of a magical kei truck with the power to isekai anything it hits. After crashing into a woman named Carissa Ward and transporting her to a fantasy world, you owe a soul debt to the buff isekai elf girl living in your head.

The chaotic, OVA-sized campaign mixes Crazy Taxi-style timed runs — run over pedestrians to send them to another world, where they help train the newly isekai'd hero — with deliveries and battles against the Skeleton King across two worlds.
