Mastering the Chaotic Timed Runs

The core gameplay loop of Truck-kun is Supporting Me from Another World?! revolves around fast-paced, timed runs heavily inspired by classic arcade driving games like Crazy Taxi. As The Driver, you must navigate your magical kei truck through the streets, aiming specifically to run over pedestrians. Each target you hit is instantly transported to a fantasy realm. These transported citizens serve a crucial purpose: they help train Carissa Ward, the hero you accidentally sent over earlier, so she can grow strong enough to face the ultimate evil.

Deliveries and Dimensional Warfare

Your responsibilities as The Driver go beyond merely hitting pedestrians to train Carissa. You must also successfully make deliveries while managing a massive soul debt owed to the buff isekai elf girl residing in your head. Additionally, your journey will force you to battle the Skeleton King. This conflict takes place across two completely different dimensions: the real world and a fantasy realm, requiring you to adapt your driving strategies to both environments as you progress through this chaotic, OVA-sized campaign.
