Director Daiki Shinjo gathers six women who each embody a facet of Akihabara subculture to star in a live-action game based on the 'Akiba's Spirited Away' incident — the unsolved disappearance of six girls thirteen years ago. The official cast features Mitsuha Dan (Ruka Nishiuchi), Kurumi Yotsuya (Riisa Naka), Kotoha Nagareyama (Maria Tani), Shino Kiba (Mei Hata), Natsuki Sho (Anji Rinue), and Mei Yumesaki (Nanase Okai), with Sora played by Rinka Kumada.
The mystery of Akiba's Spirited Away
Thirteen years before the game's events, six girls vanished in Akihabara in what became known as the 'Akiba's Spirited Away' incident. In the present day, the boundary between reality and game blurs as the assembled women begin re-enacting the event under Daiki Shinjo's direction. Using the multi-angle systems, you piece together how the modern cast connects to the historical mystery.
